We're focused on building advanced American manufacturing and we're passionate about engineering a better future filled with abundant energy.

The Role

T1 Energy is looking to hire an Executive Administrator to support our CFO, CAO and broader Finance and Accounting team. This is a role for someone who understands the rhythm of a finance organization, the close cycles, the board prep, the audit timelines, and knows how to keep a senior leader and their team operating at full capacity without missing a beat.

We're a company that is growing fast, which means our finance team is doing serious work in a high-pressure environment. If you've supported a CFO, CAO, or finance team through hypergrowth, an IPO, a fundraise, or rapid scaling, you already know what it takes. If numbers don't scare you and you're energized by complex, fast-moving organizations, you'll hit the ground running here.

What You'll Do

  • Provide high-level executive support to the CFO and CAO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and preparation of meeting materials.

  • Support the broader Finance and Accounting tram with scheduling, document management, and day-to-day administrative needs.

  • Track key finance team deadlines including reporting cycles, audits, and regulatory filings, flagging conflicts or risks proactively.

  • Manage sensitive and confidential financial information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Assist with expense reporting, budget tracking and invoice coordination across the team.

  • Liaise with internal departments and financial partners.

  • Organize and maintain financial documentation, contracts, and records, in a clean, accessible way.

  • Anticipate needs, remove friction, and keep the team focused on the work that matters most.

Who You Are

  • Fluent in the language of finance; you understand how finance teams operate and what keeps CFOs up at night.

  • Experienced supporting executives or teams in a hypergrowth, startup, or high-stakes financial environment.

  • Exceptionally discreet; you handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality as a matter of course.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities across a busy team and a demanding executive calendar.

  • A polished communicator who can represent the CFO and finance team professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented and accurate — in finance, the details are everything.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of executive or administrative support experience, ideally supporting a CFO, finance leadership, or a finance and accounting team.

  • Background or coursework in finance, accounting, or business is a strong plus.

  • Experience in a hypergrowth, venture-backed, or publicly traded company environment is highly valued.

  • Proficiency with productivity and scheduling tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.).

  • Familiarity with financial tools and platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Concur, Carta, or similar) is a plus.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

  • Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.

The T1 Way

We move fast, expect accountability, and treat people with respect. We also have a no-jerks policy: we don't tolerate big egos, bad behavior or "that's not my job attitude". Be sharp, be honest, be human. If you can hold the line and have a sense of humor, you'll fit right in.

T1 Energy is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and applicants and do not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristics.
