The Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO provides high-level, strategic administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to anticipate needs and manage complex priorities in a fast-paced, highly visible environment. The EA serves as a trusted partner to the CEO and a key liaison with the Board of Directors, executive leadership team, and internal and external stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative Support
Provide seamless, proactive support to the CEO, managing a complex calendar that includes internal meetings, investor and analyst engagements, Board and committee meetings, and external commitments
Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, logistics, and contingency planning
Prepare, review, and edit executive-level correspondence, presentations, reports, and talking points
Anticipate the CEO’s needs by staying informed of business priorities, deadlines, and shifting dynamics
Board of Directors & Governance Support
Serve as a primary administrative liaison to the Board of Directors
Coordinate Board and committee meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, materials distribution, and minute-taking as appropriate
Support governance processes while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with public company standards
Stakeholder & Communication Management
Act as a gatekeeper and trusted point of contact for the CEO, managing communications with senior executives, investors, advisors, and external partners
Exercise sound judgment in prioritizing requests and handling sensitive or time-critical matters
Foster strong working relationships across the executive team and broader organization
Operational & Project Support
Support select strategic initiatives and special projects on behalf of the CEO
Track action items and follow up to ensure timely completion
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and executive workflow
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
10+ years of experience providing executive-level support, preferably to a CEO or C-suite executive in a large, complex, or publicly traded organization
Demonstrated experience supporting Board of Directors and interacting with senior leadership
Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity; ability to handle confidential information with absolute care
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint); comfort learning new technologies
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and remain calm under pressure

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $100,000 - $150,000.
