About the role
As a trusted partner to our Global VP of Sales / Managing Director and senior leadership team, you'll:
- Manage complex calendars, schedules, travel arrangements, and competing priorities.
- Coordinate leadership meetings from planning through to execution, including agendas, materials, minutes, and action tracking.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and executive communications.
- Act as a key point of contact, helping prioritise requests and ensuring leaders remain informed of important business activities.
- Build strong relationships across the business and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support strategic projects and help drive key initiatives forward.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Austin office, ensuring a professional and well-functioning workplace.
- Partner with HR and IT to support onboarding, offboarding, workplace events, and employee experience initiatives.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
About you
You'll be an experienced Executive Assistant who is comfortable working closely with senior leaders and balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

- Experience working with C-suite executives and leadership teams within a complex, fast-paced organisation.
- Proven experience managing executive calendars, meetings, travel, and confidential matters.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong business judgement and the ability to confidently prioritise competing demands.
- The ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to operate independently.
- High levels of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern collaboration tools.
