Our client is looking for a highly organized and communicative Part-Time Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team. The company is a recognized leader in the professional services industry, having significantly expanded their market reach and client base over the past three years. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for their clients, providing critical administrative and communication support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Act as the first point of contact by handling inbound telephone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, organizing documents, and managing files.

  • Serve as a liaison between the executive team and clients, ensuring clear and timely communication.

  • Assist with basic legal intake by gathering preliminary information from clients during initial calls.



Requirements
  • Must be located in the LATAM region.

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role or customer service position.

  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) or Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
