This is a remote position.
Our client is looking for a Full-Time Executive Assistant to support leadership within their Estate Law practice. They operate in the legal services industry and have built a strong reputation in recent years for delivering specialized, client-focused estate planning solutions.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow alongside a dedicated legal team. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in ensuring daily operations run smoothly while providing direct support to firm leadership.
Provide direct administrative support to the firm’s leadership
Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling with precision
Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and client communications
Draft, format, and organize documents and correspondence
Maintain digital files and ensure accurate recordkeeping
Assist with task tracking and workflow coordination
Support operational and administrative projects as needed
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and partners
Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Central Time)
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working with technology and digital tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of discretion and professionalism
Self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn
Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in an administrative support role
Experience supporting senior leadership or business owners preferred
Familiarity with legal environments is a plus but not required
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proactive and solutions-oriented approach
