This role is hybrid working from our Austin, TX office. 

Insight on your impact:

  • Efficiently manage and maintain calendars for senior executives, scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Collaborate with teams across different time zones to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare, proofread, and refine documents, presentations, and reports to support executive decision-making.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events and meetings, both virtual and in-person.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, handling inquiries, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support senior leaders with special projects, initiatives, and operational tasks, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Act as an extension of the executive by drafting correspondence, managing follow-ups, tracking decisions and action items, and ensuring timely execution across cross-functional and external partners.
  • Serve as a professional, personable, and reliable point of contact for executives.

To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills

  • Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools. 
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Adaptable and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Flexibility to coordinate and communicate across multiple time zones as needed.
  • Strong event coordination capabilities for activities and offsite events.
