Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Growth Strategy Consultant - Treasury Advisory Receivables Product Solution Specialist (PSS) within Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL). This role is instrumental in driving revenue growth, deepening client relationships, and partnering closely with sales to deliver subject-matter expertise on complex treasury product capabilities. The position supports expansion across both existing and new client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Base Salary Range for Minneapolis, MN: $175,000 - 279,000 annually
Base Salary Range for Charlotte, NC: $159,000 - 254,000 annually
Base Salary Range for Irving, TX: $159,000 - 254,000 annually
Base Salary Range for Tampa, FL: $159,000 - 254,000 annually
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$159,000.00 - $305,000.00

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Growth Strategy Consultant - Treasury Advisory Receivables Product Solution Specialist (PSS) within Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL). This role is instrumental in driving revenue growth, deepening client relationships, and partnering closely with sales to deliver subject-matter expertise on complex treasury product capabilities. The position supports expansion across both existing and new client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify complex, new, or emerging product structures that will create competitive advantage for the bank in partnership with all wholesale working capital product organizations (GPL, Trade Finance, Merchant, FX) as well as relevant Consumer products (Card, Merchant)
- Proactively recommend new ideas or structures for top opportunity and largest clients who would like to co-collaborate on solutions, e.g., within C&R and TMT
- Partner with Treasury Management Consultants, Relationship Managers, and GPL teams to identify client needs and deliver working capital optimization strategies
- Design and deliver innovative treasury and receivables solutions for complex, high-value client opportunities
- Enable sales teams through training, positioning, and development of client-facing materials in partnership with marketing
- Maintain deep industry expertise across treasury, fintech, ERP, and TMS trends to inform strategy and strengthen competitive positioning
- 7+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 7+ years supporting Corporate & Investment Bank and Commercial Bank clients with working capital solutions
- Deep expertise in receivables solutions, including paper/electronic receivables, reconciliation, cash application, and merchant services
- Proven experience partnering with product management on roadmap development and go-to-market execution
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, TMS platforms, and fintech ecosystem
- Demonstrated success in financial services sales or solution advisory roles focused on treasury products
- Broad knowledge of treasury solutions (cash management, liquidity, trade finance, risk management)
- Strong executive presence with advanced communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate across complex organizational structures
- Track record of driving innovation and delivering client-centric solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or equivalent
- Knowledge of Merchant services
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
