Executive Manager/ Senior Manager (Manpower Planning Dept)
[What the role is]
• Formulating policies and programmes to raise the quality, competency and professionalism of the workforce and ensure adequate supply in conjunction with the sector’s needs.• Performing data-driven analysis on workforce trends, coupled with qualitative understanding of manpower challenges in the BE sector through regular engagement with external stakeholders.
• Conducting studies and coordinating with other departments to understand workforce needs of the industry in line with industry transformation efforts.
• Engaging internal and external stakeholders effectively to secure buy-in and ensure smooth policy implementation.
[What you will be working on]

[What we are looking for]
Strong written/verbal communication skills, able to interact with and influence stakeholders.
Able to work well in a team, with the willingness to take initiative.
Highly-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in data analytics and visualisation skills (e.g., Power BI, Tablaeu) would be a strong advantage.
Domain knowledge of the Built Environment (e.g., construction value chain, developer/consultancy/facilities management work processes) would be a strong advantage.
