The Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced or Senior Supply Chain Specialist (Level 3/4) to join our Transactional Fighter Repair team located in Dallas, TX or Hazelwood, MO
In this role, the candidate will be responsible for leading team members and working closely with their counterparts in Program, Supplier Management, and Customers to ensure we meet targets set by leadership around on-time delivery and maintaining accurate records for repairs.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Fighter Repair team, the orders they support, and various activities with Supplier Management, Customer and other program focals to meet the Team's targets
  • Lead the team through the Repairs from induction through closeout process in GOLD database
  • Analyzes supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performs assessment of configuration change impact to supply support system
  • Support customer briefs with charts and data related to assignments
  • Identifies and resolves customer supply chain management issues and discrepancies
  • Identifies Supply Chain alternatives to resolve obsolescence issues
  • Apply Continuous Improvement methodologies to seek opportunities to deliver best value for money to the program
  • Lead the team in updates of Repair processes and procedures
  • Some travel possibly required

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of Supply Chain Experience and leading teams
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office tool suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Must be a self-starter with strong time management skills to effectively lead the team, and meet deadlines
  • Experience working in a diverse team environment
  • Demonstrate sound communication skills to deal with all customers and colleagues

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: Level 3: $101,700 - $118,650
Level 4: $127,800 - $149,100
