The Boeing Company is looking for an Experienced Quality Systems Specialist 3 (Internal Audits) to join our team in San Antonio, TX.
Position Responsibilities:
- Conducts internal audits and assessments for comparison to applicable standards, procedures and criteria.
- Documents internal audit and assessment results.
- Reviews root causes and corrective/preventive action plans for adequacy.
- Tracks corrective/preventive actions to closure.
- Support activities to ensure the health of the QMS.
- Works under minimal direction.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Experience with and understanding of the AS9100 QMS Aerospace standard.
- 5+ years' Experience working with and supporting the Quality Management System (QMS)
- 5+ years' Experience auditing to quality system standards.
- 5+ years' Experience with Corrective Action/Preventative Action, Root Cause Corrective Actions.
- 5+ years' Experience with performing quantitative or statistical analysis, data collection, preparation and interpretation.
- Experience developing presentations for and presenting to executive leadership
- Familiarity with Boeing Process and Procedures.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Advanced knowledge of auditing principles, standards, techniques and practices.
- Experience working on Commercial and Military programs.
- Experience with FAA Conformity Requirements.
- Experience working with regulatory agencies (DCMA, FAA and/or Military).
- Experience working with ANAB-accredited QMS certification bodies.
- Experience with Data Analytics, Integrated Quality Data System (IQDS), Q-Pulse.
- Demonstrated analytical skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Demonstrated high level of dependability, initiative, adaptability, decision-making, and problem solving skills.
- Customer focused ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Active security clearance.
