What You Will Do
As our F&I Manager, you will:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while guiding buyers through finance and protection options
- Work with urgency and precision to structure, submit, and fund deals quickly and accurately
- Present and sell protection packages with confidence and clarity
- Build and maintain strong lender relationships to secure the best approvals for our customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to keep deals moving seamlessly
- Champion compliance and accuracy in all documentation and reporting
What We Are Looking For
- Two or more years of dealership finance experience (sales management background is a plus)
- Strong closing ability and proven track record of hitting goals
- Positive attitude with the hunger to push business to new heights
- Ability to thrive in a high energy, fast paced environment
- Team oriented with leadership qualities
- Valid driver’s license
