Job Description

The Day to Day (Responsibilities):

  • Works collaboratively between Finance, Sales, and Operations to identify areas of opportunity and/or risk, and provide/implement solutions to help the business achieve goals

  • Acts as a liaison between key Financial & Operational leaders to understand the business challenges, and provides guidance and support on key initiatives and complex issues

  • Key contributor to the financial forecast cycles and the financial operating cadence, including various internal financial reporting & analysis duties

  • Drive detailed variance & margin analysis across multiple sales and operations functions, and provide integral solutions to drive forecasting accuracy and support strategic business decisions

  • Analytically minded by ensuring business data and reporting needs are met and are being optimized to their full potential

  • Demonstrates business expertise regarding the Parts & Service business, and drives operational efficiencies to meet established budget and KPI targets

  • Demonstrated understanding in all areas of the P&L in accordance with GAAP and internal controls

  • Responsible for creating & managing financial business intelligence reporting and dashboards to be consumed by all levels of the business

Must Haves (minimum qualifications):

  • Senior career level (6+ years of financial analysis experience)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or relevant field (required)

  • Master’s degree (or seeking) in Finance, Accounting, Business, or relevant field (preferred)

  • Electronics or Semiconductor related market experience (preferred)

  • Proven analytical and financial modeling background

  • Experienced on business operations

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Experience using Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, ThoughtSpot, Tableau, etc.

  • Familiarity with various financial reports and GAAP

  • Comfortable presenting financial data to senior levels of management in writing and verbally

  • SAP and/or Oracle EPBCS experience is a plus

The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 35 pounds. This position also requires 4 to 6 hours per day at a computer screen/keyboard.
