Dell Technologies is looking for motivated undergraduates with strong interpersonal skills to join Dell’s Finance Development Program (FDP), a global two-year rotational program structured to develop Dell’s future finance management. The program includes four, six-month rotations to provide participants with a wide breadth of experiences in finance organization, alongside MBA-style coursework to advance team members’ knowledge of Dell’s systems, policies, and processes.  FDP is unique in that it offers increased visibility/networking with managers and executives, career development planning, training in soft skills and emerging skillsets, developmental workshops, and a robust feedback/performance review process.

What you’ll achieve  
The six-month rotations place participants in various positions across the CFO organization with the goal of providing a breadth of experience. Example rotations include Treasury, Sales Strategy and Planning, Global Reporting, Special Pricing, Services, Global Operations, Business Controls, Sales Enablement and Financial Planning and Analysis.   
  
Typical responsibilities within the four assignments include:  

  • Interactions, working with and reporting responsibilities to senior management and executives  
  • Statistical review, planning, budgeting and forecasting  
  • Building analytical models, and predictive models using data analytics  
  • Internal controls compliance  
  • Investor review and market studies

Essential Requirements:

Desirable Requirements:  

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field
  • Demonstrated interest in the technology industry and previous exposure to financial modeling, forecasting, or data analytics through coursework or previous internships
  • Prior internship experience supporting Dell’s Finance organization

Compensation   

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay for this position is $78,225.
