About Singulate

We're changing how businesses talk to their customers. Singulate makes sophisticated marketing dead simple — 1:1 relevance at scale, powered by the latest LLM technology and a few secret sauces of our own. We strip the manual work out of data strategy, segmentation, and personalization so lifecycle marketers, ops managers, content teams, and growth leads drive real ROI from every email and automation. The best personalization is invisible — and ours works: customers save 40+ hours a week and see 2–7X lifts in engagement.

We're backed by Bowery Capital and Seedcamp, plus angels including the founders of Hopin, Indeed, and Trackmaven, and advised by some of the biggest names in marketing. We just closed our best month ever in April and we're entering hyper-growth — this is the inflection point, and we're hiring our A player team to get us to the next level.

About the role

Execute the revenue motion and help sharpen it from the field. Your primary job is to close deals, but the best person in this role won't just hit their number — they'll help us understand why. This is your chance to directly shape the sales playbook, working closely with the Head of GTM on the overall revenue motion, at the exact moment the rocket leaves the pad.

What you'll do

  • Own the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity through close. We have BDR-sourced and inbound teed up for you, but you'll own your own outbound whenever needed.

  • Sell confidently into marketing teams — you understand their world, their tools, their pressures, and their language.

  • Maintain clean pipeline and accurate forecasting in HubSpot — you know why this matters and you don't need to be asked.

  • Feed field learnings back into the playbook — surface what's working, what's breaking, and what prospects are actually saying to the Head of GTM and product team.

  • Close pilots on clear terms and work with the Head of GTM and Founding CSM to improve handoff success.

  • Surface objections, feature requests, and competitive intel to GTM and product regularly.

  • Represent Singulate at industry events and online; contribute to our LinkedIn presence.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years closing mid-market or enterprise SaaS deals — you have a track record you can walk us through with real numbers.

  • You've sold into marketing teams and understand the martech stack (Marketo, HubSpot, marketing automation — you know the landscape).

  • Technical enough to demo a complex product confidently and handle integration questions without flinching.

  • Strong copywriter — your outreach gets responses, your follow-ups move deals, and you can articulate why.

  • Startup experience — you've operated without every resource and you're not slowed down by it. But you're past the phase of wanting to build everything from scratch; you want to close.

  • HubSpot native — pipeline hygiene and forecasting are instincts, not chores.

Bonus points

  • Experience selling AI or data products.

  • Familiarity with Marketo or enterprise marketing automation platforms.

  • AI-obsessed — you use it every day and it shows.

Opportunity

  • $220,000 OTE — 50/50 base/variable split, uncapped commission, plus founding-AE equity.

  • You're Singulate's first AE — here early enough that what you close will directly shape how we grow.

  • Coming off our best month ever and entering hyper-growth: you're joining the rocketship before it's obvious to everyone else.

  • The lane is clear and the motion is designed for you to run fast in it.
