Clipbook is looking for a results-driven Founding Enterprise Customer Success Director to join our fast-growing startup. This includes a range of responsibilities and areas of ownership: managing relationships with current clients, ensuring accounts get maximum value out of Clipbook, and using deep industry knowledge to expand client engagements.
Key Responsibilities

  • Own a Portfolio of Enterprise Customers: Manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts across multiple industries, maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.

  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify risks and work collaboratively to drive retention.

  • Pilot Management: Oversee pilot engagements across multiple opportunities and serve as project manager for Clipbook's highest-value accounts.

  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Customer Success playbook, resources, and best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of B2B enterprise customer success or account management experience (required), ideally managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts at a SaaS or technology company.

  • Proven track record of owning renewals, driving expansion revenue, and building executive-level relationships within enterprise accounts.

  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with intense responsiveness, coachability, and a strong drive to succeed.

  • Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.

  • Outstanding communication skills — able to engage with both C-suite stakeholders and end-users, and to lead complex client meetings.

  • Strong analytical capabilities; comfortable working with large datasets, metrics, and KPIs to build ROI-driven business cases.

  • Adaptability and willingness to thrive in a nimble, execution-focused startup.

We're looking for business athletes driven by jet fuel — people who know how to manage enterprise relationships at scale and have the instinct to execute at an early-stage company.
Location
Remote (US) — candidates based in or within commuting distance of Washington D.C., New York City, or San Francisco are strongly preferred, as regular in-person time in those markets is a plus.
What You'll Get

  • Competitive salary, medical, dental, and vision benefits, unlimited/flexible PTO, bonuses for team-wide milestones, and 401(k).

  • A smart, hardworking, and resourceful team.

  • A profitably and rapidly growing startup with commercial rigor at its core.
