Life as a Sprinter -

Nobody succeeds at Sprinto by staying in their lane.

We are organized around problems, not job titles. Sprinters take ownership beyond their role, solve hard problems, and care deeply about the impact they create. If something can be improved, fixed, or built, we don't wait for permission; we step in.

Being remote means we rely less on proximity and more on trust. We write things down, communicate openly, and move quickly because great teams aren't built by sitting together, they're built by pulling in the same direction.

We believe progress beats perfection, feedback is a gift, and doing the right thing matters, even when nobody is watching.

And while we move with urgency, we never move alone.

The mission -

Sprinto is scaling its enterprise motion in the US, and this role is the tip of the spear.

As an Enterprise SDR, you will own the first conversation with senior stakeholders at target enterprise accounts across North America. You will build and execute an outbound engine built on real cold calling volume, sharp account planning, and the ability to create urgency where none currently exists. You will partner closely with your Account Executive to build multi threaded relationships across buying committees and convert target accounts into qualified pipeline.

This is not a role for someone who wants to lean on inbound leads or events traffic. This is full cycle, self sourced outbound, built from scratch.

Where you'll leave your mark?

  • Own the phone. Consistently drive high volume outbound calling against a defined target account list. You are comfortable picking up the phone and are not intimidated by rejection.
  • Multithread enterprise accounts. Go wide and deep within each account, engaging multiple personas with tailored messaging across call, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Create urgency, don't wait for it. Most enterprise buyers do not walk in with an immediate need. You know how to surface a real business problem, tie it to a KPI they care about, and build a case for why now.
  • Convert target accounts into Sales Accepted Leads. Work a named account list, qualify conversations rigorously, and hand off only real opportunities, not just booked meetings.
  • Partner with your AE. Work hand in glove with your Account Executive to prioritize accounts, plan territory coverage, and drive quota attainment together.
  • Get better every week. Track your own connect rates, meeting rates, and conversion from conversation to opportunity. Refine your approach constantly.

The kind of builder we're looking for -

  • You have real experience in outbound sales, whether as an SDR, BDR, or in a directly comparable high volume, high rejection selling environment.
  • You can point to specific numbers: dials per day, connect rates, meetings booked, and you can walk someone through your last closed opportunity from first touch to conversion.
  • You have sold, or sold into, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders, and understand what multithreading actually means in practice.
  • You are genuinely good on the phone. You think on your feet and build trust through curiosity, not a call script.
  • You know how to create urgency in a conversation where the buyer did not walk in looking for a solution.
  • You are commercially curious. You research accounts, understand what makes a buyer tick, and adjust your approach account by account, not template by template.
  • You thrive on coaching and feedback, and you are looking to build the foundation for a long term sales career.
  • Experience selling into security, compliance, or technical B2B SaaS personas is a strong plus, though not required if your outbound fundamentals are excellent.

How we care for our Sprinters

  • We care about your learning: We are invested in seeing you grow and commit $1,000 annually to help you level up your skills, your domain knowledge, and anything else that makes you sharper.
  • We count your spark, not your leaves: Unlimited PTO so you can reset when you need to, without counting days.
  • Your safety net, woven in: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family, plus life insurance coverage.
  • Workspace setup of your dreams: We chip in to help you build a home setup that works for you, so the environment never gets in the way of the work.
  •

Inclusion & Diversity

At Sprinto, talent, curiosity, and ownership matter more than where you come from. We hire people for the problems they can solve and the impact they create, not their background or personal circumstances. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to a fair, inclusive, and accessible hiring process for everyone.
