The Strategic Finance team oversees the company's financial well-being while supporting operational and business planning in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. We work hard to ensure growth is accurately projected and managed, and that our financial results are appropriately accounted for. We provide financial analysis to determine critical strategic and operational decisions within a rapidly growing organization.

This position requires a strategic finance professional capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, rapidly growing, and fluid organization. You must be highly analytical, organized, and skilled at communication and problem-solving. The successful candidate will adapt quickly to change and will champion the advancement of processes that will enhance the overall strategic finance function. You should have exceptional work ethic, great team mentality and a positive attitude, highly driven, self-motivated, autonomous, and excellent business partnering skills.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage the company COGS budgets and forecasts; become a subject matter expert on COGS, and assist in other areas where necessary.
  • Partner with Infrastructure, Engineering, and Product and perform financial and strategic analysis to drive operational efficiency.
  • Work cross functionally to understand the financial impact of new business initiatives and make recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Drive improvements in KPI reporting and tracking.
  • Own business case development and analysis to inform and support business and financial decisions.
  • Build and maintain complex financial forecasting models used to inform key business decisions.
  • Assist in coordinating the annual budget and monthly forecasts working with stakeholders across the business.
  • Deliver findings to multiple levels of leadership with in-depth analysis and effective presentations.
What We’ll Expect From You
  • Maintain the highest standards of accuracy and precision; extremely detail-oriented, highly organized and resourceful.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly grasp and apply analytical concepts, and translate strategic initiatives into financial models.
  • Experience with ERP systems, FP&A tools, and other business spend management tools are a plus (Netsuite, Anaplan, Adaptive, Vena, Coupa, Concur, etc..)
  • 2+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, FP&A, venture-backed high-growth companies, or a fast-paced Fortune 500 environment.
  • Experience in datacenter, GPUs, and capital intensive businesses a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within fixed timeframes and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Proactive communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Passion for technology and genuine desire to make meaningful contributions on a team with big aspirations.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
Compensation Range: 
  • $75,000.00  - $94,000.00
