POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an FP&A Analyst to help drive financial planning and analysis across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A, this role will be a key finance partner to leadership with a focus on Revenue operations, providing insights and guidance that influence decision-making and business performance. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, thrives in a fast-paced environment, can tackle ambiguity and is eager to collaborate across teams.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a strategic financial partner to Revenue operations and other business leaders.
  • Support in development and management of the company’s annual budget and quarterly forecast process.
  • Conduct in-depth variance analysis to explain deviations against budgets, forecasts and prior periods.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of budget inputs with company strategy.
  • Support month-end close by reviewing results, identifying unusual trends, communicating and resolving issues.
  • Track, analyze, and evolve key performance indicators (KPIs) with emphasis on SaaS metrics.
  • Provide clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of FP&A experience, in a SaaS technology company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or a related field; MBA, CPA, or advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong financial modeling and business planning expertise, with a proven ability to translate insights into action.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex concepts for executive stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a global environment.
  • Systems expertise—knowledge of ERP tools (e.g., NetSuite) and revenue reporting systems (e.g., Rev.Io).
  • Data-driven mindset; knowledge of SQL or similar querying languages is a plus.
  • Multilingual skills (Spanish or Portuguese) strongly preferred.
