The role partners across the Finance organization and with WMO Operations and SPG Finance. It turns operational and financial data into clear, actionable insights. The analyst works with stakeholders at all levels, from frontline operations teams to senior Finance and executive leadership. They own key recurring deliverables and help improve how the organization reports and analyzes performance.

Close, Consolidation & Actuals

  • Own the WMO consolidation for total Cost of Sales (COS), including absorption, allocations, and related reconciliations, so results are accurate and on time each period.
  • Run monthly and quarterly close activities on recurring tasks with minimal oversight, investigating and resolving variances and data issues as they come up.
  • Analyze actuals against plan, forecast, and prior periods, identifying the operational drivers behind cost and absorption movements.

Planning & Forecasting

  • Support the annual operating plan (AOP/Pre-AOP) and quarterly forecast cycles for Manufacturing, Logistics, and Supply Chain, including spend, labor, capital, and volume-driven assumptions.
  • Track and quantify P&L opportunities and risks (e.g., timing shifts, tariffs, reserve releases, completion risk), keeping leadership informed of the outlook and changes to it.
  • Partner with Operations and SPG Finance to validate assumptions and keep forecasts consistent with business and fab/customer timing.

Reporting & Executive Communication

  • Prepare quarterly financial reporting packages for senior Finance and executive leadership, including clear actuals-vs-plan variance commentary.
  • Build dashboards and executive-ready presentations that explain complex financial information clearly and concisely.
  • Present findings to stakeholders across Finance and Operations, at times acting as a direct business partner to non-finance management.

Process Improvement & Systems

  • Lead efforts to streamline management reporting and to centralize data, reporting, and analytics into a reliable single source of truth.
  • Serve as a key participant, or lead, on system integration and process improvement initiatives, improving efficiency, controls, and reporting capability.
  • Identify chances to automate recurring work and to strengthen analytical tools.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, cost accounting, or operations finance, preferably in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
  • Solid understanding of cost of sales, inventory, absorption, and allocation methods, and how they flow through the P&L.
  • Hands-on experience with month-end close, forecasting, and annual planning cycles.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and building financial models.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and with pulling and reconciling data from multiple sources.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to turn complex data into clear, executive-ready storylines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including explaining variances and financial results to non-finance stakeholders.
