About Kyra

Fully remote · Freelance, up to 3 months with potential for extension · Multiple roles

across verticals · Must work 9am to 6pm Eastern Time (ET)

Immediate start. We have freelance campaign roles available right now, and we're looking to fill them quickly.

Freelance opportunities

We're hiring freelance Senior Campaign Managers across four verticals: AI and tech, fintech, sports and beauty. Each freelancer works predominantly with one client.

Our clients want to be great at creator marketing, and they move quickly. Briefs evolve once a campaign is live, and our best campaign managers enjoy shaping them with the client.

Your role

- You own the account and are the first point of contact for the client and Client Solutions

- You lead client conversations on scope, budget and performance

- A director sets the strategy, and you deliver it end to end

- You manage a Campaign Manager and keep quality high on busy accounts

To succeed in this role

Commercial

- You hit the CPV or CPM agreed with the client. You watch reach and engagement closely and shift budget or creators mid-campaign to stay on target

- You negotiate rates that fit the budget, and creators are keen to work with us again

- When a client wants to add a link in bio or a repost, you scope and cost it with them first

Casting

- Your casting lists are culturally spot on and go beyond the usual names, often to creators we haven't discovered yet

- You turn a brief like "performance marketer who's also a TikTok creator" into clear search filters

- Your creator briefs and scripts get the content right first time

- You hold every piece of content to a high standard before it reaches the client

Platform, AI and data

- You're running full campaigns in our platform from day one: discovery, casting, outreach, contracts, payments and reporting. Experience with other influencer marketing tech platforms is a huge plus

- Your outreach works at volume and still feels personal

- AI is part of your daily workflow for research, outreach and briefs, and you check its

output

- You know TikTok, Instagram and YouTube analytics inside out

Complexity

- Complex, bespoke accounts are your comfort zone, and that experience carries over to high-volume work

- You've freelanced in agile, fast-moving teams, like a big beauty group, an agency or a

tech start-up. You get up to speed quickly and adapt when priorities shift

Communication and leadership

- Your writing is clear and confident, and everyone knows what's happening

- Clients hear from you before they need to ask, and your performance updates are easy to follow

- You stay composed on tough client calls and keep the relationship strong

- You flag risks early, with a fix in mind

- Leadership gets honest numbers from you, including when results are behind

- You give your Campaign Manager clear direction and useful feedback

- You build strong relationships with our Client Solutions and Strategy teams, and with your creators

We're growing our beauty team fast. If you've worked with beauty or fragrance brands, we'd especially love to hear from you.

What you bring

- 5+ years in influencer marketing, talent management or campaign management

- Experience owning enterprise client relationships

- Experience leading or mentoring a more junior campaign manager

- A solid grasp of how influencer campaigns run end to end

- Hands-on experience with influencer marketing platforms for discovery, outreach and reporting

- Creator negotiation and contracting experience, including usage rights

- Campaign experience and strong US cultural knowledge in AI and tech, fintech, sports or beauty

- Availability 9am to 6pm Eastern Time (ET), Monday to Friday. This is mandatory,

wherever you're based

The contract

- Up to 3 months, with a strong likelihood of extension

- Paid on a day rate. Include yours when you apply

- Fully remote

How the process will run

1. Send us your CV, your day rate and the vertical you're applying for.

2. If you're shortlisted, we'll invite you to complete our casting challenge, where you build a creator list for a sample brief in our platform. It's a chance to show us your taste and get a feel for how we work.

3. You'll have a short conversation with a member of our talent team and the campaign lead.

AI in your application

AI is core to how we operate. Use it to elevate your work. Everything in your application should reflect your own judgement and experience.

Sound like you? We'd love to hear from you.

💟 Support

If you have a condition or require an adjustment to our interview process - please let us know so we can make adjustments to support you. Please note that when you submit an application or resume, your data will be processed in line with our privacy policy.
