The Opportunity
As a Senior Associate in Front Office Strategy Consulting - Pharma Life Sciences Customer Analytics, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on enhancing customer experiences. You will analyze client needs, develop customer-centric solutions, and offer guidance to help clients improve their customer satisfaction and drive business growth. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. In this role within our Strategy practice, you will design customer journey maps and offer guidance to help clients create seamless and personalized experiences. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, contributing to the overall strategy and success of client engagements.
Responsibilities

- Utilizing customer data management techniques to inform insights and recommendations for strategic initiatives
- Conducting customer journey analysis to identify touchpoints and opportunities for improvement
- Implementing customer segmentation strategies to tailor experiences and increase engagement
- Managing customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and inform service design improvements
- Developing customer value propositions that align with business objectives and enhance client relationships
- Collaborating with teams to optimize business processes and improve customer service management
- Leveraging trend analysis to anticipate customer needs and adapt strategies accordingly
- Guiding teams in the execution of customer experience strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
