The Opportunity
As a Front Office Strategy Consulting - Service & Support Experienced Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs and develop customer-centric solutions that enhance their customer experience and drive business growth. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. As an Associate, you will embrace challenges and adapt to diverse client needs, using these experiences as opportunities for growth and personal branding.
In this role at PwC, you will design customer journey maps and offer guidance to help clients create seamless and personalized experiences that foster customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be part of a dynamic team, applying a learning mindset and taking ownership of your development. By actively listening and expressing ideas clearly, you will build meaningful client connections and contribute to the success of your team. Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to develop customer-centric solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth
- Designing customer journey maps to create seamless and personalized experiences that boost customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Conducting customer journey analysis to identify touchpoints and improve overall customer engagement
- Implementing customer experience strategies to support clients in achieving their business objectives
- Managing customer data to inform insights and recommendations for improving customer relations and retention
- Collaborating with team members to adapt to diverse client challenges and deliver quality work consistently
- Applying business process improvement techniques to optimize customer service management and satisfaction
- Utilizing customer segmentation and value proposition strategies to enhance client interactions and drive advocacy
- Gathering information from various sources to discern patterns and inform customer strategy development
- Upholding professional and technical standards while building commercial awareness and understanding of business operations
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Applications
- Demonstrating intellectual curiosity and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Excelling in customer experience design and strategy development
- Utilizing customer journey analysis to enhance client engagement
- Applying business process improvement techniques to drive value
- Developing skills in customer relationship management and retention strategies
The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
