About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fund Administration Analyst to join our team. This role requires a strong ability to manage priorities in a constantly evolving workload, as well as proficiency in Excel formulas and financial applications. The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and eager to work cross-functionally with various service providers and clients in the ETF ecosystem. 

What you'll do

  • Assist in the preparation and review of ETF regulatory filings and fund reports. 
  • Maintain and reconcile fund data. 
  • Support interactions with investment advisors, custodians, auditors, and other internal and third parties. 
  • Utilize Excel and other financial tools to analyze fund data efficiently. 
  • Monitor ETF operational workflows and ensure compliance with SEC regulations. 
  • Collaborate with fund accountants and external service providers to address inquiries and operational tasks and challenges. 
  • Continuously re-prioritize tasks based on evolving deadlines and client needs. 
  • Contribute to process improvements and technology enhancements for fund administration related workflows. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to shift priorities quickly and effectively. 
  • Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, Power BI and data analysis. 
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-volume environment. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management levels. 
  • Experience in fund administration, ETF operations, or financial services is a plus. 
  • Familiarity with SEC regulatory requirements for funds is beneficial but not required.
