A Netspend Global Partner Coordinator, is part of the support team that provides information to our global partners in a professional and timely manner. The professional and resourceful leaders who fill this role will support internal Netspend employees and our partnership network as they expertly navigate multiple tools to resolve the issues presented through calls, chats or emails.

Work varies and includes things like handling escalations, assisting tellers with tool navigation, answering process questions, setting up partner tools with what they need to conduct business, pulling invoice information for accounting, working fraud emails to freeze funds before bad actors can steal them or even assisting leadership with ad hoc projects. This wide variety of functions keeps OPS’s connected to contacts in multiple departments and highly (visible and) valued within Netspend.

OPS’s communicate clearly and efficiently, track multiple partner and client issues, and keep leadership alert to knowledge or training concerns they identify. They take ownership by working issues presented to either group via email or phone.

This team closely works together to cover 100% of all responsibilities daily and stays flexible to work any of the hours Partner Services is open to support their peers and the business.

Position Requirements:

  • Bilingual Spanish speaker (required)

  • To be successful, a Netspend Partner Coordinator must possess strong written and verbal communications skills

  • Duties require organizational skills and attention to detail including time management and multitasking skills because you may be given several different tasks at a time

  • Ability to stay on task with minimal supervision is required

  • Experience de-escalating people, superior soft skills and ability to think outside the box are desired as well as someone who actively looks to continuously grow their skills, knowledge and abilities

  • This position fits someone best who owns the business and wants to grow within Netspend

  • Ability to work onsite in our office in Austin, Texas

  • For this role, a high school education is required, and university level course work is appreciated
