About TRG

TRG develops AI-powered data fusion solutions for civilian protection. Our flagship product, Intellectus, enables law-enforcement and intelligence customers worldwide to connect data from multiple sources and transform it into accurate, actionable intelligence.

While our technology is important, people always come first.

About the Role

We are looking for a senior Global Talent Acquisition Partner to own and drive recruitment across TRG’s global teams.

You will manage recruitment end-to-end, from understanding the business need and defining the profile through sourcing, assessment, stakeholder management and offer closure. The role will cover a variety of positions, with a strong focus on Engineering and technical recruitment, as well as senior and business-critical Sales roles across different international markets.

This is not a coordination-focused role. We need someone who can operate as a true recruitment partner: challenge requirements when needed, understand different talent markets, identify the right people and keep complex hiring processes moving in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll OwnGlobal Recruitment
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple countries, functions and seniority levels.
  • Recruit for Engineering, Data, AI, Product, QA, DevOps/SRE, Sales and other technical and commercial positions.
  • Translate business needs into clear, realistic candidate profiles and recruitment strategies.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define the skills, seniority, experience and behaviours required for each role.
  • Understand technical and commercial profiles well enough to identify relevant experience and challenge unclear or unrealistic requirements.
  • Assess technical candidates based on their expertise, experience and fit for TRG’s product environment.
  • Assess Sales candidates based on their market exposure, customer network, revenue ownership, sales performance and ability to build business.
  • Understand regional differences and identify candidates with relevant public-sector, government or enterprise experience.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals and other relevant channels.
  • Navigate competitive and niche talent markets and engage passive candidates effectively.
  • Conduct initial interviews and provide clear, structured candidate assessments.
  • Manage candidates throughout the process and ensure a professional, transparent experience.
  • Lead offer discussions and support the company in closing strong candidates.
Stakeholder Partnership
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership.
  • Advise stakeholders on talent availability, market conditions, compensation expectations and recruitment risks.
  • Challenge hiring decisions constructively and use evidence to support recommendations.
  • Keep stakeholders aligned and accountable throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage priorities effectively when several urgent or complex roles are open simultaneously.
Recruitment Strategy and Improvement
  • Use recruitment data to monitor pipelines, identify bottlenecks and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Develop sourcing strategies for difficult or niche roles.
  • Support employer-branding and talent-attraction initiatives.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, interview structure and candidate communication.
  • Help TRG scale its recruitment approach while keeping it practical, flexible and aligned with the business.
About You – The DNA We’re Looking For
  • Senior-level experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally with at least 4 years in Talent Acquisition.
  • Proven experience recruiting internationally for a global company.
  • Strong experience recruiting both Engineering/technical professionals and Sales/commercial profiles.
  • Experience hiring senior and business-critical positions across different markets.
  • Background in a software product, SaaS or technology company is strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Strong direct-sourcing and candidate-engagement capabilities.
  • Able to assess candidates beyond the CV and provide clear, honest recommendations.
  • Confident partnering with senior leaders and challenging requirements when necessary.
  • Strong ownership, judgement and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Organised and structured, without becoming overly process-driven or rigid.
  • Curious about the business and motivated to understand the roles, customers and markets you recruit for.
What Success Looks Like
  • Hiring managers involve you early because they trust your understanding of the business and talent market.
  • You create strong pipelines for difficult roles rather than relying mainly on incoming applications.
  • Your candidate assessments are clear, relevant and help stakeholders make better decisions.
  • You balance speed with quality and keep recruitment processes moving.
  • Candidates receive honest communication and a positive experience, regardless of the outcome.
  • You successfully close senior Engineering and Sales candidates across international markets.
  • You identify recruitment risks early and propose practical solutions.
