We handle a high-volume, diverse range of marketing channels, including print, web, radio, billboards, TV, social media, and live events. We are looking for a talented and adaptable Graphic Designer to join our creative team and drive the visual success of our automotive campaigns.

The Role

As a Graphic Designer at Macho Marketing, you will be the visual voice of our dealerships. • Client Collaboration: Present design concepts directly to dealership stakeholders, effectively communicating your visual strategy while ensuring alignment with their specific brand guidelines and sales goals.

  • Feedback Integration: Confidently field feedback from clients and internal teams, turning critiques into prompt, effective design adjustments.

  • Vendor Coordination: Work closely with external partners—including commercial printers, radio stations, and corporate brand representatives—to ensure precise execution and delivery of all final assets.

  • Cross-Functional Support: Assist the wider marketing team with events and dynamic tasks as needed to support agency objectives.

Qualifications & Technical Skills:
  • Experience: 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience (Agency or automotive industry experience is a major plus!).

  • Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Design Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).

  • Print Production: Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and preparing files for commercial print.

  • Digital/Web Skills: Knowledge of HTML and web-based design principles is highly preferred.

Key Competencies & Requirements:
  • Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing your layout, typography, and conceptual skills is required.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and visual presentation skills; comfortable interfacing with all levels of the organization and dealership leadership.

  • Project Management: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

  • Attitude: Possesses a growth mindset, a strong work ethic, and a constant desire to learn new trends and software.

  • Professionalism: Maintains high professional standards both inside and outside the office while conducting agency business.

  • Logistics: Must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid driver's license for at least 1 year (travel to local dealerships will be required).
