THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to help bring FloSports’ brand and campaigns to life across digital, social, and growth-driven experiences. This role is for a well-rounded designer who can move fast, think strategically, and execute with precision.

You’ll work on high-impact marketing campaigns, landing pages, and brand-driven creative — helping shape how fans experience the sports they love. We value strong opinions, great taste, and designers who care deeply about building a premium, consistent brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design compelling creative across campaigns, digital marketing, social, and landing page experiences

  • Translate creative direction into clear, brand-aligned executions across channels

  • Iterate quickly while maintaining attention to detail and craft

  • Partner with senior creative leadership to develop production-ready assets and scalable systems

  • Present and clearly articulate design decisions to internal stakeholders

  • Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced sports media environment

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, growth, and production teams

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • 3+ years of professional design experience (in-house preferred)

  • Strong foundation in brand, marketing, and campaign design

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

  • Ability to explore multiple creative solutions and push ideas forward

  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality

  • Clear communicator who can defend strong ideas and adapt based on feedback

  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize competing requests

  • Team-oriented mindset with a natural sense of urgency

BONUS POINTS:

  • Experience working within established brand systems

  • Familiarity with sports, media, or live-event-driven brands
