Job Description:
Ouro is looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to join our in-house agency team. This hybrid role combines brand design with email marketing—ideal for a designer who thrives on both big-picture branding and pixel-level polish. You’ll collaborate with marketing, content, and creative leads to help shape a consistent and compelling brand experience across campaigns, digital platforms, and sponsorships. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and a passion for creating visually engaging content.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute a range of visual assets for brand partnerships, retail launches, and marketing campaigns across print, digital, and social.

  • Contribute to design systems and templates that support brand consistency and team efficiency.

  • Produce bold, visually engaging creative that aligns with brand objectives and campaign strategy.

  • Collaborate with key brand and email team members to produce cohesive solutions.

  • Develop visually appealing email templates and graphics that enhance our email marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

  • Ensure email designs are optimized for various devices and email clients, including mobile, desktop, and webmail platforms.

  • Generate innovative and fresh ideas for email layouts, graphics, and interactive elements to keep our campaigns engaging and effective.

  • Review and proofread email designs to ensure accuracy and consistency, and make necessary revisions based on feedback from stakeholders.

  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, email marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve our email design strategy.

Skills/Education/Experience:

  • 3-5 years experience in visual, brand and email design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous design work.

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field.

  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, creativity, innovation, and a strong eagerness to learn and adapt.

  • Possess a deep passion and a keen eye for design aesthetics.

  • Ability to receive and implement feedback seamlessly and promptly.

  • Highly adaptable, with a willingness to experiment and learn.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and project requirements.

  • Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional designs.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

  • Demonstrate ability to deliver projects to client specifications, within timeline and budget.

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with FIGMA, JIRA, Google Workspace, DAM/Brandfolder.
