Our team is in search of a magnetic Group Sales Manager with remarkable tenacity, a sharp leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, who’s good-natured, a natural at relationship building, and puts their client’s needs at the top of their priority list, while meeting (or surpassing) all revenue goals for the department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all activities related to group, and catering sales function and revenue generation from all sales territories. This role focuses on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of property sales objectives and personal booking goals. You're a natural at what you do - and you love it. If this sounds like you, you should probably sell us on why. About you... Passionate about hospitality sales and a minimum of 4 years of experience in a comparable position and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A post-secondary diploma or degree in a field of study related to this profession. Extensive hotel sales experience within the luxury market; demonstrated strong leadership and selling skills; and proven achievements in selling, optimizing guest and team member engagement and financial performance. An expert in Group Sales, a strong leader, natural salesperson and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance. Excels at communication, both verbal and written. Flexible and willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekdays, weekends and holidays
