The summary above was generated by AI

At LTV AI, we’re redefining customer engagement for e-commerce brands by empowering them with their own AI-powered ambassadors to deliver hyper-personalized Email and SMS interactions at an unprecedented scale.

Our platform enables brands to communicate with their audience in a natural and contextually relevant manner, driving higher engagement and conversion rates. While increasing LTV and driving measurable growth, we help brands stay focused on what matters most - the customer.

Why Join Us

We’re a fast-moving team building a high-growth company that’s transforming the e-commerce industry. As an early contributor, you’ll work directly with our founding team and play a critical role in accelerating our go-to-market engine.

In just 5 months, we scaled from 0 to $600k in ARR, onboarded industry leaders like Fabletics, Backcountry, Sur La Table, and closed our Series A. We're now rolling out across enterprise retailers like Saks Fifth Avenue, Lululemon, and American Eagle.

If you're excited about building a category-defining company from the inside and want a front-row seat to startup growth, we want to work with you.

What You'll Do

  • Work directly with our founder on growth strategy and execution

  • Improve and scale outbound sales operations (email, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Optimize inbound channels including landing pages, demos, and follow-ups

  • Help build and manage LTV AI's LinkedIn and Twitter presence

  • Source and test new growth channels and automation tools

  • Track and report on campaign performance across multiple touchpoints

What we're looking for (ideally)

  • Previous startup experience (as a founder or contributor)

  • Strong interest in SaaS, startups, and B2B marketing

  • A self-starter mentality with bias toward action and learning

  • Some experience with outbound tools (Apollo, Instantly, Clay, etc.) or willingness to learn

  • Clear written communication and confidence working in public (social posts, short-form content)

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity - you’ll help shape the playbook, not just run it

Compensation

  • Depends a lot on the person but we compensate A players well

  • Potential for full-time conversion if you're amazing

If you’re curious, ambitious, and hungry to build something big, feel free to email our founder directly [email protected] - we’d love to hear from you.
