Who Are We?

RZR is an AI-native advertising platform built for the next era of performance marketing. We operate at the intersection of machine learning, programmatic media, and full-funnel mobile growth, powering campaigns for some of the world's most ambitious advertisers. Our platform is purpose-built to deliver outcomes at scale, not just impressions.

We are a team of builders, operators, and technologists who believe the advertising industry is overdue for a fundamental rethink. We move fast, operate with a high degree of ownership, and hold ourselves to an exceptionally high standard of craft.

RZR is scaling aggressively with an active M&A pipeline and a platform vision that puts us on a path to becoming an industry leader. This is a rare opportunity to join a company at an inflection point and help shape what it becomes.

Role Overview

As a Growth Manager at RZR, you will drive revenue retention and growth by identifying and executing the highest-impact opportunities across your assigned portfolio of accounts — through growth planning, product adoption, and consultative client partnerships.

At the account level, this means owning a growth plan, maintaining rigorous forecasting and pipeline management, and delivering data-driven recommendations to clients at every organizational level. Internally, it means cultivating strong cross-functional relationships to align teams, remove blockers, and ensure growth strategies are executed with precision.

This is a high-ownership, client-facing role in a fast-moving environment where accountability, analytical rigor, and proactive communication are what move the business forward.

Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Retention & Growth
  • Drive sustainable revenue by growing accounts, preventing churn, and uncovering upsell and cross-sell opportunities that result in long-term growth across your portfolio
  • Track progress against revenue goals with a portfolio mindset — net gain vs. net loss across your book of business
Client Ownership & Strategy
  • Own end-to-end account strategy with clear growth plans across three areas: relationship mapping and development, upsell and cross-sell execution, and short and long-term revenue retention initiatives
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by delivering data-driven recommendations and fostering product adoption through regular engagement with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive leadership
  • Develop strategic relationships that generate marketable client wins and RZR brand advocacy; gather product and market feedback to share with internal stakeholders
Campaign Management & Performance Insights
  • Ensure campaigns operate seamlessly and optimize effectively through collaboration with Analyst and Product teams
  • Deliver insights that tie platform performance to real business outcomes — not just in-platform KPIs
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Align and mobilize internal teams — Analyst, AdOps, Product, Creative — to resolve issues, execute seamlessly, and deliver a consistent, high-value client experience
Operational Excellence
  • Maintain forecast discipline and pipeline accuracy through rigorous Hubspot and Revenue Tracker hygiene
  • Present calendar QBRs and strategic meetings with clear agendas, structured follow-ups, and documented accountability
  • Share regular updates with your manager covering growth opportunities, growth blockers, and net new business
Required Skills and ExperienceMust-Have
  • 2–4+ years in digital advertising, mobile-focused tech or consulting, or client-facing sales and account management roles
  • Track record of driving revenue growth and retention across a portfolio of accounts
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable using performance data (CPA, ROAS, pacing, attribution) to guide client strategy and internal decisions
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence at multiple stakeholder levels
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate across teams to achieve client and business goals
  • Highly organized and disciplined in managing multiple priorities, meeting cadences, and forecasting responsibilities
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, startup-stage environment where adaptability is a requirement
Nice-to-Have
  • Familiarity with the mobile adtech ecosystem: UA, retargeting, attribution, SKAN/MMP, bidding mechanics, or CTV
  • Experience with AI or ML-driven optimization products
  • Prior account management experience at a DSP, MMP, SSP, or mobile marketing platform
Why Join RZR?
  • Revenue ownership from day one — you own a real portfolio of accounts with DRR targets, not a support function within someone else's book of business. Your impact is direct and measurable.
  • Fast-growing Americas team at a company scaling its largest market — you will work alongside a Principal Growth Manager and Senior Growth Manager on a tight, experienced commercial bench, with direct access to the HM.
  • Broad client exposure across some of the most exciting names in mobile advertising — gaming, fintech, consumer apps, and RMG, across both growth-stage and enterprise clients.
  • A hiring process that values how you think — the Presentation round is designed to evaluate structured thinking and commercial judgment, not just interview performance.
  • Path to Senior Growth Manager — high performers are developed and promoted from within the Americas Growth team.
  • Stable, profitable company investing in growth — RZR is EBITDA positive and scaling aggressively. This is a growth hire, not a backfill.
