About the Role

You will own top line revenue growth through rapid experimentation of Go To Market strategies, including leveraging/growing the sales team, deploying sales tools (including the latest AI tools available), viral marketing strategies, paid-marketing campaigns, and more. You will also understand the product and customer and competitors at a deep level to inform your work and experiments.

Responsibilities

  • Experiment & Iterate: Develop and run rapid tests across multiple channels, using data-driven insights to refine growth tactics and drive top-line revenue.

  • Own Paid Campaigns (Google & Facebook): Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing strategies from end to end, managing campaign set-up, audience targeting, creative, budget, and measurement.

  • Partner with Sales: Work closely with our sales team to align product strategies with revenue goals, ensuring a seamless funnel from initial awareness to converted leads.

  • Stay on the leading edge of AI growth tools: Stay on the pulse of the latest AI trends, helping identify opportunities to integrate new technologies into our products and growth strategies.

  • Thrive in Ambiguity: Excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You’ll have the autonomy to move quickly, iterate often, and take calculated risks.

Qualifications

  • Early-Career PM Experience: 3-5 years of experience in growth management, or a related role, ideally within a startup or tech environment.

  • Paid Acquisition Expertise: Proven track record of running successful Google and Facebook ad campaigns. You’re comfortable with campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.

  • AI Knowledge & Curiosity: You have hands-on experience or a demonstrated passion for AI-driven products, with the ability to learn new tools and concepts quickly.

  • Analytical & Results-Oriented: You have strong quantitative skills, use metrics to inform decisions, and constantly look for ways to drive revenue growth.

  • Adaptable & Fast-Moving: You’re comfortable with shifting priorities, can pivot when needed, and excel in a culture that values both speed and precision.

  • Collaboration & Communication: You work effectively across teams—engineering, sales, marketing—and can communicate ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
