About the role

Thatch is rewiring how health benefits work. We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to build and scale new acquisition channels.

You'll own our strategy across paid social, CTV, OOH, radio, and emerging channels. This is a build role. You'll decide where we invest, what we test, and how we measure success while partnering closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Design, and Analytics to turn new channels into repeatable sources of pipeline.

What you will do
  • Own growth strategy across paid social, CTV, OOH, radio, podcasts, and emerging channels.
  • Build and execute channel testing plans with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and measurement plans.
  • Partner with Design and Product Marketing to develop creative tailored to each audience and channel.
  • Own agency and vendor relationships across media buying and production.
  • Measure performance across pipeline, CAC, and revenue, and use those insights to guide investment decisions.
  • Build attribution and incrementality frameworks for channels where last-click measurement isn't sufficient.
  • Partner closely with Analytics, Product Marketing, and Finance to prioritize growth opportunities.
  • Scale successful programs while continuously testing new acquisition channels.
What we are looking for
  • You've built and scaled paid acquisition programs across multiple channels.
  • Experience owning strategy, budget, execution, and measurement.
  • Strong understanding of paid social and familiar with CTV, OOH, radio, podcasts, and other emerging channels.
  • Experience designing experiments and measuring incrementality.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to make investment decisions.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and building new programs from scratch.
  • Excellent cross-functional partner who works effectively with Design, Product Marketing, Analytics, and Leadership.
