The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for driving demand generation, optimizing marketing funnels, running campaigns, and analyzing performance to maximize pipeline growth in a B2B SaaS context.
Incorta is seeking a data-driven and creative Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate pipeline growth and improve the quality of our marketing funnel. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, designing experiments, running campaigns, and optimizing every stage of the buyer journey. The Growth Marketing Manager will focus on building demand organically, and with and through Incorta’s partner ecosystem, playing a hybrid role of a Demand Generation Manager and a Partner Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate has proven experience generating marketing direct-sourced pipeline and partner referrals in a B2B SaaS environment, a strong grasp of A/B testing and funnel optimization, and a relentless curiosity for what messaging, channels, and campaigns convert best.
Lead Generation & Funnel Growth
- Build and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, paid, social, webinars, content syndication, events) to generate high-quality leads.Manage and optimize the marketing funnel to increase conversion rates at every stage (Lead → MQL → SQL → Opportunity).
- Partner with sales and marketing ops to align lead scoring, routing, and qualification criteria.Collaborate with Channel Partners and Tech Alliances to plan co-developed marketing campaigns and programs to drive new opportunities
Testing & Optimization
- Design and run A/B and multivariate tests across ads, emails, landing pages, and nurture flows.Use data to evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for funnel optimization.
- Continuously refine messaging, CTAs, and offers to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Own and maintain the Partner Portal to provide partners with GTM materials, campaign related promotional material and sales enablement.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop integrated campaigns around priority verticals, personas, and use cases.
- Collaborate with product marketing to tailor messaging for specific buyer segments.
- Work closely with the Partner team to plan campaigns with Partners and to identify Incorta Campaigns to embed partners in as participants or to co-develop.
- Own budget allocation across demand channels to balance volume and quality.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI.
- Provide insights into pipeline contribution and CAC payback.
- Share learnings across the marketing team to inform broader strategy.
- Collaborate with the Partner team to report on partner involved analytics
Qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead scoring, and pipeline contribution metrics.Hands-on experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.).Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs for lead and pipeline tracking.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent copywriting and messaging skills; comfortable experimenting with creative approaches.Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Collaborative experience with internal and external cross-functional teams
