Cyncly is now embarking on an exciting journey as we continue to expand through strong organic growth and complementary acquisitions, backed by leading growth private equity firms specialized in technology.

About the Role

WDG is one of Cyncly's fastest-growing businesses. Your job is to build the demand engine that sustains it.

WDG serves window and door manufacturers, flat glass fabricators, and distributors across NAM, EMEA, and APAC — and has built strong commercial momentum in all three regions. The growth agenda is clear: deepen penetration of the core install base, activate new growth vectors, and accelerate new logo acquisition across target markets.

The Demand Manager is the person who translates that growth agenda into pipeline. You own the demand strategy for WDG, partner with Growth Marketing to execute it at scale, and hold yourself accountable to the pipeline numbers that the bookings plan requires.

The Demand Manager sits inside WDG's Industry Marketing team — not inside Growth Marketing. You own the demand strategy: the growth levers, the target account logic, the ABM programme architecture, and the pipeline targets. Growth Marketing — our shared marketing engine for scaling demand across channels — is your execution partner across paid, email, events, ABM, and field marketing. You set the direction. They deliver at scale.

You are measured against marketing's contribution to WDG's bookings target — not on campaign volume or activity. The north star is qualified pipeline and bookings contribution.

Key Responsibilities

Own WDG's demand strategy and pipeline contribution

  • Translate WDG's three growth levers — defend and grow the core install base, activate new growth vectors (cross-sell, web solutions, payments), new logo acquisition — into a demand programme plan with clear pipeline targets
  • Own WDG's two ABM programmes: Enterprise ABM (a target account list of 50 named accounts) and MM+ Whitespace ABM (900 target accounts) — architecture, account selection, and programme logic
  • Set marketing's pipeline contribution targets by segment and growth lever, and be measured against them on a quarterly basis

Partner with Growth Marketing for execution at scale

  • Brief Growth Marketing on demand priorities, segment targets, campaign objectives, and success metrics before every programme — every campaign starts with a brief stored in the agentic marketing platform
  • Own the integrated WDG demand plan as the input to Growth Marketing's execution across paid, email, events, ABM, and field marketing channels — aligning channel mix to where WDG's pipeline gaps are largest
  • Partner on CAC targets and conversion expectations across segments; be the point of accountability for what Growth Marketing delivers against the WDG bookings plan

Own WDG's event and conference strategy

  • Lead WDG's industry event strategy and presence — Fensterbau, GlassTec, KBIS, GlassBuild, and DHI — from objectives and target account activation through to pipeline follow-through
  • Own the Cyncly Connect WDG regional conference programme (NAM, EMEA, LATAM) as a demand and pipeline engine, not a cost centre
  • Ensure every event investment is tied to pipeline targets and measured against them in the weekly rhythm of business

Drive cyncly.com as WDG's digital demand engine

  • Partner with Growth Marketing to build on the WDG customer journey on cyncly.com — continuous test & learn, content and UX optimization, and AI-driven pre-qualification to increase engagement and conversion from target accounts
  • Ensure WDG's digital presence reflects the BU's positioning and drives the right segment mix into pipeline

Operate in an agentic marketing model

  • Work within Cyncly's agentic marketing platform to plan, brief, and track demand programmes — using AI agents to accelerate research, content production, and campaign optimization
  • Direct agents to synthesize market signals, target account intent data, and campaign performance into actionable programme decisions; apply human judgement to prioritize and act
  • Report on pipeline creation, ABM account progression, and demand programme performance on the weekly rhythm of business cadence — all tracked and reported through the agentic marketing platform
  • Use performance data — CAC, conversion rates, programme ROI — to continuously optimize the programme mix and bring a clear point of view on what to shift
  • 5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or pipeline marketing in B2B technology or SaaS — with a track record of pipeline contribution, not just programme delivery
  • Proven ABM experience: building and managing enterprise and/or mid-market target account programmes across multiple channels
  • Experience working in a partnered model — briefs a centralized execution team rather than owning execution directly
  • Comfortable with event strategy and management as a pipeline driver, not just a brand exercise
  • Analytical fluency: pipeline data, CAC, conversion metrics, and programme ROI are natural working tools
  • B2B or industrial software domain experience — manufacturing, distribution, or adjacent verticals a meaningful advantage

Skills & Competencies

  • Pipeline accountability — connects demand programmes to bookings contribution; measures success in pipeline and conversion, not activity
  • ABM fluency — designs and manages a two-tier ABM programme across enterprise and whitespace accounts with precision
  • Partner mindset — builds Growth Marketing into a true execution partner through clear briefs, aligned targets, and shared accountability
  • Data discipline — uses pipeline and performance data to prioritize investment and report with clarity on the weekly cadence
  • Executional rigour — writes briefs and plans that are complete and clear enough to execute without handholding
  • Agentic marketing fluency — comfortable working with and directing AI agents within an agentic marketing platform to plan, brief, and optimize programmes; uses the platform as a working tool, not a reporting layer
