Part-Time Consultant

Location: San Francisco Bay Area (Hybrid)
Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week
Opportunity: Potential to grow into a full-time position

ManageCasa is looking for a talented and hands-on Growth Marketing Manager who can develop creative campaigns, execute go-to-market strategies, and generate qualified leads.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that marketing and sales work together. You will collaborate closely with our sales team, SEO specialist, social media team, and designer to create compelling campaigns that connect with property management companies, HOA professionals, and rental property managers.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and manage growth marketing and lead-generation campaigns

  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and features

  • Write effective email campaign sequences and conversion-focused copy

  • Create valuable content for the HOA and rental property management industries

  • Manage website, blog, email, and social media marketing initiatives

  • Write clear, specific copy that speaks directly to customers—not generic, high-level content

  • Monitor campaign performance and improve results based on data

  • Research competitors, market trends, and customer needs

  • Develop creative strategies for generating customer reviews and testimonials

  • Work closely with sales, SEO, social media, and design teams to develop strong messaging and campaign ideas

Qualifications
  • At least three years of growth marketing experience

  • Strong campaign management and lead-generation skills

  • Excellent copywriting and content-development abilities

  • Experience creating email sequences, blogs, website copy, and social media content

  • Understanding of go-to-market strategy and conversion-focused marketing

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver work independently

  • Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven

  • Comfortable working closely with sales and cross-functional teams

  • Interest in property technology, SaaS, HOA management, or rental property management

  • Located in the San Francisco Bay Area and available to meet periodically at our office
