The Mission

Every attack runs on internet infrastructure, and DomainTools maps that infrastructure better than anyone.

For over 25 years, elite security teams have used DomainTools to spot malicious infrastructure before it's used against them. Today we're in an active growth phase: shipping new products, expanding our intelligence platform beyond its DNS roots, and building for AI-native security operations.

Our platform covers domains, IPs, hostnames, SSL certificates, passive DNS, real-time threat feeds, and AI-native integrations, with visibility into 97% of the internet. Iris, DNSDB, our real-time feeds, and our new MCP Server power security teams at Fortune 500 companies, U.S. federal agencies, and leading SOCs.

We're not chasing a category. We define it, and we're accelerating.

The Opportunity

DomainTools is at an inflection point: strong product-market fit, a fast-expanding platform, and a market moving toward AI-native security operations. We're building a demand engine to match, and growth marketing is how we find and scale the levers that make it work.

This is a hands-on builder role. You'll run experiments across the website, paid channels, and the full funnel, from first visit to qualified opportunity, and double down on what works. You'll prove impact in conversion rates, efficient acquisition, and pipeline, not vanity metrics.

You'll report to the Director of Demand Generation and partner closely with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, and RevOps. If you want to own real numbers at a company that's genuinely in motion, this is your role.

What You'll Own

Experimentation and Funnel Growth

  • Growth experiment roadmap: Generate, prioritize, and run tests across the funnel, from first visit to qualified opportunity, and share learnings with the team.
  • Free-to-paid and expansion: Build lifecycle and nurture programs that move free users, trial users, and existing customers toward purchase and expansion.

Website, Digital, and Search

  • Website as a conversion engine: Optimize landing pages, forms, CTAs, and user journeys; run A/B and multivariate tests to lift conversion rates.
  • Paid acquisition: Manage and optimize paid search, paid social (especially LinkedIn), and retargeting to lower cost per opportunity.
  • Organic growth: Partner with Content on SEO strategy, keyword targeting, and technical SEO fixes that grow high-intent traffic.

AI and MarTech, With Discipline

  • AI-assisted workflows: Build AI-assisted and agentic workflows for personalization, content variants, and experiment velocity.

Analytics and Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Measure everything: Own funnel analytics and dashboards with RevOps, improve attribution, and turn data into clear recommendations.
  • Partner across GTM: Work with Product Marketing on positioning tests, Product on in-app growth loops, and Sales on lead quality.

Requirements

Must-haves:

  • 4–7 years of B2B growth, performance, or demand generation marketing, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity
  • A track record of experiments that measurably improved conversion, acquisition cost, or pipeline
  • Hands-on experience with paid search and paid social, including budget management and bid optimization
  • Website and CRO experience: landing page testing, analytics setup, and tools like Google Analytics, Optimizely, VWO, or similar
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals
  • Hands-on Marketo experience: building programs, smart campaigns, lead scoring, nurture flows, and reporting, plus working fluency with Salesforce
  • Strong analytical skills: you can build funnel reports, read attribution, and size an opportunity
  • Clear writing and the ability to test messaging with a technical audience

Strong plus:

  • Product-led growth experience: free tiers, trials, or self-serve funnels
  • Familiarity with threat intelligence, SecOps, or the security analyst workflow
  • SQL or experience working directly with product usage data
  • Experience with ABM or intent data platforms (6sense, Demandbase, or similar)
  • Experience building AI-assisted or agentic marketing workflows

Compensation: $90K - $125K base salary, plus a 10% annual bonus
