You’ll gain hands-on experience across launches, expansion, enablement, and lifecycle marketing, building a well-rounded growth skill set.

This is a great role for someone who wants hands-on experience learning how products actually grow inside a high-growth B2B SaaS company. The ideal candidate will have experience at a B2B software company. Experience in the healthcare software industry and/or outpatient rehab is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

You’ll help bring growth strategies to life by:

  • Launching and promoting products, services, and expansion initiatives

  • Learning how to prioritize work based on impact, not just output

  • Supporting lifecycle and expansion campaigns

  • Helping coordinate messaging, assets, and timelines across teams like Content, Creative, Sales, and Customer Success

  • Helping turn ideas into real campaigns, launches, and experiments that go live quickly

  • Creating and organizing sales enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, FAQs, talk tracks)

  • Gathering feedback from Sales, CS, and customers to help improve messaging and execution

Requirements

  • Experience at a B2B software company AND/OR outpatient therapy [PT, OT, SLP or related healthcare fields]

  • Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for innovation

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven business decisions

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience working cross-functionally with product management, sales, and marketing teams

  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders towards common goals

Perks - What you can expect:

  • Competitive salaries

  • Remote/hybrid environment

  • Potential equity compensation for outstanding performance

  • Flexible PTO

  • Company-wide sponsored lunches

  • Company paid disability and life insurance benefits

  • Company paid family and medical leave

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits

  • Discounted pet insurance

  • FSA/DCA and commuter benefits

  • 401k

  • Credits for online fitness classes/gym memberships

  • Recovery suite at HQ – includes a cold plunge, sauna, and shower
