As a Growth Marketing Manager, you'll develop a comprehensive prospect nurture program, leveraging email and SMS, coordinating campaigns, and enhancing engagement through behavioral strategies.
Luxury Presence is building the AI growth platform for real estate. Backed by Bessemer Venture Partners and other top investors, we're a Series C company on track to hit $100M in annual recurring revenue in the next six months. More than 70,000 real estate professionals, including over 30% of the top-ranked agents in the world, use us to run and grow their business.
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to build and own our prospect nurture program. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution: you'll design the systems that turn behavioral signals into qualified pipeline, then roll up your sleeves and make them work.
Today, when someone downloads a lead magnet or watches a webinar, our follow-up is basic. We're not capitalizing on the intent signals our prospects are giving us. That's the gap you'll close. You'll build a nurture engine that meets prospects where they are, delivers the right message at the right time, and moves them through the funnel.
This isn't just an email marketing job. You'll own the full lifecycle of prospect communications, starting with email and expanding into SMS. You'll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Content, and Paid Media to orchestrate campaigns that drive real pipeline. If you geek out on behavioral economics, love crafting copy that converts, and want to build something from the ground up, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
• Build a comprehensive email nurture program that increases email-attributed MQLs from 5% to 20% of monthly volume within your first year
• Design and implement modular nurture architecture, mapping behavioral triggers (lead magnets, webinars, key site actions) to thematic evergreen sequences
• Launch an SMS pilot, growing our opt-in list to 2,500 contacts and evaluating channel viability
• Establish a campaign planning cadence that keeps us a full quarter ahead on our marketing calendar
• Partner with Sales, CS, Content, and Paid Media to create coordinated, full-funnel campaigns
• Write compelling copy that moves real estate agents to action
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate your work while maintaining quality and brand voice
What We're Looking For
Skills and Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role with a focus on email, growth, or demand generation
- Expert-level copywriting skills with a strong grasp of narrative structure and persuasion
- Deep experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred)
- Ability to build complex workflows, triggers, and sequences independently
- Comfort using AI tools to write faster and iterate more quickly
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and how they integrate with nurture programs
Attributes
- A student of consumer psychology and behavioral economics who understands why people act and how to sequence messaging accordingly
- Systems thinker who designs scalable, modular programs rather than one-off campaigns
- High execution velocity with a bias toward shipping and iterating
- Ability to influence without authority and build alignment across teams that may not instinctively prioritize email
- Deep curiosity about what motivates real estate agents and how to move them through a funnel
Compensation
- Base salary: $120,000 - $135,000
- 10% annual performance bonus
- Equity
- Comprehensive benefits
This is a fully remote role. You may be asked to attend occasional team off-sites (approximately once per year).
