About the role

We're seeking a hands-on growth marketing manager to own and execute our full marketing motion for our B2B SaaS solution serving accounting firms. As the sole growth marketer, you'll be responsible for driving awareness, generating qualified pipeline, and optimizing every stage of the funnel from first touch to closed deal. You'll also champion our customer stories across all channels because our customers are the lifeblood of why we do what we do, and their success is our success. This role requires someone who can think strategically about growth while rolling up their sleeves to create compelling content and execute across channels.

What you'll do

  • You'll own the complete growth marketing function from strategy through execution, with a strong emphasis on content creation and customer storytelling. This means you'll be working across content, paid media, social, email, events, and ABM to drive results. A week in the life might include:
  • Writing and publishing content, case studies, and customer success stories
  • Creating segmented customer newsletters that deliver value and showcase wins from our community
  • Partnering with Customer Success to surface and promote customer stories, testimonials, and faces from our customer base
  • Scheduling social content that highlights customer voices, product updates, and thought leadership
  • Collaborating with cross-functional partners to create webinar decks and schedule dry runs
  • Working with our partners to analyze campaign performance data and adjusting paid media budgets across channels
  • Contributing to the planning and execution of our annual customer conference, from pre-event marketing to on-site activation to post-event follow-up
  • Meeting with sales to discuss pipeline metrics and conversion rates
  • Writing landing page copy for an upcoming product launch
  • Creating monthly performance reports and presenting insights to leadership
  • Jumping into Canva to create banners, social graphics, and customer spotlight assets

What we're looking for

  • You have 4+  years of growth marketing or full-stack marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with strong content creation and storytelling capabilities. You're comfortable context-switching between strategic planning and hands-on execution. You're proficient with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred), understand how to set up and optimize campaigns, and can analyze data to make informed decisions about where to invest time and budget.

Strong writing skills are essential. You'll be crafting email sequences, customer newsletters, landing page copy, case studies, and campaign messaging that resonates with back office buyers. You have a natural instinct for spotting great customer stories and the creativity to bring them to life across channels. You genuinely believe that building alongside customers creates the best products and the best marketing.

Startup experience is a strong plus, as you'll need to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, testing quickly and iterating based on results while always thinking two steps ahead about what's coming next.

    Requirements
  • 4+ years of growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS with demonstrated content creation skills
  • Proven ability to create compelling customer stories, case studies, newsletters, or similar content
  • Experience marketing to back office functions e.g. finance, operations, legal, procurement, etc.
  • Experience with common marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, WordPress, LinkedIn Ads, Canva, and ABM platforms)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to report on campaign performance and ROI
  • Understanding of the full funnel from awareness to opportunity creation
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Comfort using tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to supplement work
  • Startup experience preferred

What to expect

  • We're a small, but high-performing group that values both strategic thinking and execution. The pace is quick, priorities can shift as we learn what's working, and there's an expectation that everyone shows up ready to contribute and move things forward.

If you're someone who thrives when given ownership, enjoys the challenge of building something from the ground up, takes pride in delivering results, and gets energized by celebrating customer wins, you'll fit right in. We're building something meaningful here alongside our customers, and we need people who are as committed to the mission as we are.

Benefits and Perks:

  • The big-picture value proposition of this role is simple: join us, and you'll be paid competitively to have freedom in solving worthwhile, challenging problems alongside other A-players at a fast growing SaaS startup led by an experienced and successful co-founding team with industry experience.

  • Other benefits include:
  • Adventure travel stipend - you receive a $1,000 travel reimbursement on your work anniversary each year. We encourage our team to recharge and explore the world beyond their home office walls.
  • Remote, work-from-anywhere culture
  • Flexible PTO
  • World Class health benefits - we believe in fostering flourishing teams by providing benefits that go beyond the usual standards - Health, vision, dental, HSA/FSA, and mental health support.
  • Stock options - every Full Time Employee has ownership in Aiwyn's future and success.
  • 401(k) matching

Our Values:

  • Relentless by Design
  • Owners not Renters
  • Trust at the Core
