Role Overview:
We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to architect programs that drive efficient, scalable growth across key metrics, including user acquisition, SQLs, qualified pipeline, and revenue. This is a hands-on, systems-driven growth role for someone who wants to build repeatable engines — not one-off plays. You’ll partner with teams like RevOps, Sales Development, and Performance Marketing to turn buyer intent signals into scalable conversion journeys. You’ll spend 100% of your time generating pipeline — experimenting constantly and building growth loops that compound over time.
What you’ll do…- Build and scale repeatable, signal-based outbound motions that generate net-new pipeline through rapid experimentation and optimization.
- Architect developer-led growth systems that translate product usage, community engagement, and technical intent signals into structured nurture and conversion pathways.
- Partner with Performance Marketing, RevOps, and Sales Development to segment, nurture, and convert our database based on intent level, persona, and engagement signals.
- Continuously research, test, and implement new tools and AI-driven automation to accelerate execution, increase efficiency, and unlock new demand channels.
- Write lifecycle and outbound email copy that converts — clear, technical, and credible messaging aligned to how our buyers actually communicate and consume information.
- Diagnose inefficiencies in our lead-to-opportunity funnel, uncover root causes, and implement experiments that measurably improve conversion rates and downstream pipeline impact.
- Share results clearly and consistently: what worked, what didn’t, what we learned, and what we’re shipping next.
- You’re a builder — you thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and take ownership without waiting for perfect inputs.
- You’re metrics-driven and outcome-obsessed: pipeline, acquisition, conversion, and revenue are your language.
- You’re obsessed with efficiency — you design repeatable growth engines and efficient funnel journeys, not one-off campaigns.
- You’ve been testing and honing your skills with the latest AI and workflow automation tools (Unify, Clay, UserGems, Claude Code, etc.)
- You’re technically fluent and comfortable marketing to developers and security teams, partnering closely with product and engineering.
- You write with clarity and persuasion, and you know how to communicate to technical buyers without sounding like marketing.
- You’re curious, scrappy, and constantly testing.
This won't be the right role if you…
- Need a detailed playbook handed to you instead of helping write it. We’ve had success, but still have an exciting amount of greenfield to identify and optimize new growth levers.
- Optimize for process over output, quick learning, and iteration.
- Prefer "big company" environments over fast-moving, hands-on work.
