About Ditto:

Ditto is redefining how data moves at the edge. Our mission is to make it seamless for developers to build resilient, real-time applications, regardless of network conditions. Whether you're in a stadium, airplane, or remote military base, Ditto's peer-to-peer sync engine ensures devices stay connected and data stays consistent, even without internet. With more than $145 million in funding and trusted by organizations like Chick-fil-A, Delta Airlines, and the U.S. military, Ditto powers mission-critical experiences across aviation, retail, travel, hospitality, defense, and more. As a globally distributed, fast-growing startup, we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive team that reflects the wide range of perspectives needed to solve the world’s hardest connectivity problems.

About the Role

We're looking for a data-driven, experimentally-minded Growth Marketing Manager to own Ditto's paid programs and demand generation engine. This is a role for someone who loves turning budget into pipeline — and who uses performance data to tell the story of what's working, what isn't, and what to try next.

Ditto invests consistently in digital channels. This role exists to make sure that investment delivers consistent, measurable value. You'll build and run the programs that create awareness and inbound demand from our ideal customers, and you'll have the autonomy to experiment, iterate, and make the case for your best ideas with data.

What You'll Own
  • Paid Programs — Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital channels to generate awareness and inbound demand from Ditto's ICP. You'll be the owner of how we spend and what we get for it.

  • Integrated Campaigns — Align content and demand gen programs into cohesive campaigns that move prospects through the funnel and create net-new sales opportunities.

  • Experimentation & Optimization — Run a continuous cycle of testing, tracking, and learning. Report on performance with clarity, advocate for what works, and cut what doesn't.

  • Performance Reporting — Own the metrics. Build the dashboards, tell the story, and use data to drive internal decisions about where and how to invest.

Who You'll Work With

Your closest partner will be Sales — you'll be measured by the quality and volume of opportunities your programs create, and you'll work hand-in-hand with the sales team to ensure marketing activity is translating into real pipeline.

You'll also collaborate closely with the Product Marketing Manager to ensure campaigns are backed by sharp positioning and relevant content.

What Success Looks Like in Year One
  • Paid programs are running efficiently, with clear attribution and a demonstrable impact on inbound pipeline

  • A testing framework is in place, with documented wins, learnings, and a roadmap of what's next

  • Marketing is a consistent, trusted source of ICP-qualified leads for the sales team

  • You've used data to earn internal buy-in on at least a few meaningful program changes or new bets

What We're Looking For
  • Hands-on experience running B2B paid programs — SEM, paid social, display, or a combination

  • Strong analytical chops — you're comfortable in the data and can translate performance metrics into clear recommendations

  • Experience with demand generation and campaign management, not just ad buying

  • A builder's mindset — you thrive in environments where the playbook isn't fully written yet

  • Clear communicator who can make a data-backed case for ideas to stakeholders

  • Based in or willing to work EST (candidates across EST–PST time zones will be considered)

The Benefits of Building with Us

We offer competitive salaries and meaningful equity. We believe everyone on the team should have a stake in what we’re building. Benefits vary by region to make sure you're covered in the ways that matter most. In the US, that includes health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, plus a 401(k) and flexible spending accounts. In the UK, we offer private healthcare through Vitality, a pension plan, and region-specific coverage. For our team members elsewhere in the world, we work with our global employer platform to offer equitable benefits and coverage.

Regardless of where you live, everyone at Ditto can utilize flexible time off. And while we work remotely, our Atlanta and San Francisco offices are open if you ever want a place to work or meet up with teammates.

Apply Anyway

At Ditto, we know game-changers don’t always come wrapped in a “perfect” resume. Years of experience? Every single bullet point checked? Meh. That’s not what drives us.

What does matter?

  • Grit.

  • Curiosity.

  • Adaptability.

  • And a genuine spark for what we’re building.

So if you’re fired up about our mission but not sure you tick every box - hit that apply button anyway. Use your application to show us how you’ll make an impact here.

We’re always on the lookout for exceptional humans who want to grow, stretch, and build something meaningful with us.

Equal Opportunity Employer

Ditto is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristics. Ditto is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, please let us know.
