What You’ll Do

  • Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns

  • Own performance marketing programs across paid search, paid social, and retargeting

  • Partner with sales to optimize lead quality and funnel conversion

  • Run experiments to test messaging, offers, and audiences

  • Manage marketing automation and analytics tools

  • Track KPIs like CAC, conversion rate, and ROI

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a focus on growth or demand generation

  • Proven track record managing paid digital campaigns

  • Strong analytical mindset and data fluency

  • Ability to write and test high-converting marketing copy

  • Experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

  • Self-starter with excellent prioritization skills

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience marketing to finance, credit, or B2B operations teams

  • Familiarity with sales enablement and account-based marketing

  • Background in startups or vertical SaaS companies
