We’re looking for an experienced, data-driven marketer to scale our B2B marketing across LinkedIn and Meta while partnering closely with regional managers, creative, sales, and analytics teams. Your campaigns will speak to decision-makers in the US, UK, and ANZ, helping them discover how monday.com empowers their organization.
- 5+ years of experience in User Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership/management role.
- Deep knowledge of paid *Push* platforms, attribution models, and performance marketing best practices.
- Full proficiency in at least two of the following platforms: Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Reddit.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling high paid social budgets.
- Worked in a data-driven and analytical environment, an analytical thinker with a passion for data and optimization.
- Creative and strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
