monday.com is looking for an experienced and strategic Product Marketing Manager to join our product marketing team and lead go-to-market efforts in the high-priority domain of AI. This role requires a strong track record in SaaS product marketing, with the ability to operate autonomously, influence cross-organizational efforts, and drive impactful results.

You will take ownership of key AI initiatives across the monday.com platform, from understanding user needs and market trends to shaping product narratives, messaging, and go-to-market strategy. You’ll collaborate closely with product, marketing, and sales leadership to ensure we effectively communicate the value of monday’s AI to the right audiences at scale.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a product marketing role at a SaaS or technology company, ideally working on platform-level or technical products.
  • Proven ability to translate complex product concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Hands-on executor with strong strategic thinking, ownership mindset, and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly collaborative, analytical, and results-driven.
