Description

Why Join Sensi.AI

Sensi.AI is transforming the world of home care through agentic AI - and we’re just getting started. As a hyper-growth startup, every team member has the opportunity to make a real impact on people’s lives while working as part of a global, collaborative team in a flexible hybrid environment.

About the Role

We are looking for high-impact GTM Enablement to serve as the connective tissue between our Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams. You won’t just be "managing content"—you’ll be the strategic architect of how we communicate our value to the world and how our internal teams execute on that vision.

This is a hands on role designed for someone who loves to build. You’ll take complex product releases and translate them into a cohesive narrative, ensuring every member of our GTM engine has the tools, training, and knowledge they need to win.

Key Responsibilities

  • Central Enablement Hub: Act as the primary point of contact across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Product to ensure a unified GTM strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Drive complex projects from conception to completion, ensuring all departments are aligned on messaging and goals.
  • The Connective Tissue: Partner with Marketing to co-create messaging that resonates with the market and supports the sales cycle.
  • Release Translation: Distill technical product releases into clear, actionable, and high-impact materials for GTM teams.
  • Value Communication: Architect the narrative of how we communicate Sensi.AI’s value to the world, moving beyond features to focus on outcomes.
  • Collateral Ownership: Own and manage the lifecycle of all external enablement materials, ensuring they are current, professional, and effective.
  • Knowledge Infrastructure: Build and evolve the internal Knowledge Base and Intercom platforms to serve as a "single source of truth" for the organization.
  • Training Delivery: Design and lead internal training sessions for GTM teams to ensure deep product fluency and sales excellence.
  • Performance Support: Ensure the GTM engine is equipped with the specific tools and knowledge required to decrease ramp time and increase win rates.
Requirements

Key Requirements

  • Strategic Architect: A thinker who can shape the direction of enablement, not just follow a checklist.
  • Expert Communicator: Ability to simplify complex information and present it clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Hands on Builder: An Individual Contributor (IC) who thrives on executing and building materials independently.
  • AI First Mindset: Advanced proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate and enhance daily workflows.
  • GTM Experience: Proven track record working with GTM teams in B2B and SMB environments.
  • Project Management Mastery: A disciplined approach to driving cross-functional execution in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Ideally from companies with strong products and mature Go-to-Market functions
  • Startup or early stage company experience

Sensi celebrates diversity and uphold equal opportunity in our hiring practices. Our approach fosters an inclusive environment that sparks innovation and reflects the vibrant communities we serve. All persons shall have the opportunity to be considered for employment without regard to any characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws and ordinances.
