About Discern

Discern is a modern registered agent and entity management solution provider. As a fast growing venture-backed company, we develop compliance technology that monitors entity status, standing, and filing requirements across all US jurisdictions.

The Team You’ll Work With

We are an engaged team with ambitious goals. In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and collaborate closely with the go-to-market team.
Our group is highly collaborative, bringing extensive experience from both corporate and tech startup environments. We’re small, we move quickly, and a lot of what we’ve built was built fast to support rapid growth. This role exists to help those foundations scale.

Ideally, you’ve done this before, at a company with a strong outbound motion or by helping a company through a scaling phase. Above all, we care about mindset: we’d take a curious, adaptable builder over a perfect resume.

What You’ll Do
  • Find signals in data. Use state filings, franchise tax data, regulatory filings, and licensing databases to find companies with a real compliance need, and refine how we score and prioritize them.

  • Own email infrastructure and deliverability. Domains, mailboxes, authentication, warmup, and inbox placement. Scale send volume safely while improving placement and response rates.

  • Build and harden sales systems. Keep our CRM, automations, and custom prospecting and research tools reliable, documented, and easy to extend.

  • Turn organic traffic into pipeline. Strengthen analytics, attribution, visitor identification, and lead routing so every high-intent visitor gets the right follow-up.

  • Go beyond the core. Push AI-native workflows forward, support deal and event targeting, and have real input into GTM strategy as we move upmarket.

About You
  • Roughly 5+ years in GTM operations, growth, or GTM engineering

  • Deep, hands-on experience with deliverability and running outbound at volume

  • Comfortable with SQL and some scripting (JavaScript, Python, or similar)

  • A builder who automates manual work, makes fragile systems sturdy, and reports honestly on what works.

  • Curious about the details of a niche space like entity compliance, and comfortable with ambiguity and a lot of ownership

Nice to Have
  • Experience with public records or other messy external datasets

  • Experience building AI-powered workflows

  • Early-stage B2B SaaS experience

Benefits
  • Competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $165,000 per year

  • Equity 0% – 0.1%

  • Health insurance with 100% of the premium covered

  • 20 days of PTO with roll-over, plus 13 federal holidays
