This position sits on our Revenue Operations team, reporting to our Director of Revenue Operations & AI Strategy, and will play a critical role in designing and scaling the outbound and demand engine that supports our 2026 ARR targets. As we scale, automated, signal-based prospecting and AI-powered workflows will be key drivers of pipeline and revenue, and this role will help architect and optimize that motion.

We’re a fast-moving startup that supports you in experimenting as long as there is a clear goal in mind. You will be encouraged to take ownership, try new things, celebrate your wins, and share your learnings. (And we have a lot of fun along the way!)

Job Overview

QuotaPath seeks a GTM Engineer who thrives at the intersection of systems, data, and go-to-market strategy. This role will design, automate, and optimize outbound workflows that drive pipeline at scale, while also influencing how leads are scored, routed, and engaged across the revenue funnel.

The ideal candidate has a systems mindset, experience with modern go-to-market software like Clay, and Smartlead, and a passion for building scalable processes that combine AI and automation. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, BDRs, and sales leadership to ensure our GTM engine runs efficiently and grows with us.

Responsibilities
  • Architect and execute scalable, automated outbound workflows powered by Clay, Smartlead, and other best-in-class tools
  • Design and launch signal-based campaigns that increase prospect engagement and pipeline creation
  • Build and refine lead scoring models and lead routing rules to optimize follow-up and conversion
  • Collaborate with Marketing, BDRs, and Sales leadership to align GTM systems and workflows to revenue goals
  • Evaluate and integrate new AI-powered automation tools into the GTM stack
  • Develop repeatable playbooks for outbound campaigns, data enrichment, and pipeline attribution
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying insights and areas to improve
  • Train BDRs and marketers on best practices for leveraging automation and AI-driven tools
  • Ensure compliance and data hygiene across systems while scaling outbound efforts
QualificationsRequired
  • 2–4 years of experience in GTM operations, sales engineering, or growth-focused RevOps roles
  • Proven experience building automated outbound campaigns with tools like Clay, Smartlead, or similar
  • Strong systems thinker with ability to design, document, and optimize workflows that scale
  • Experience with lead scoring, lead routing, and pipeline attribution
  • Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot)
  • Data-driven approach with ability to measure, analyze, and optimize GTM programs
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams
Preferred
  • Prior experience in a SaaS startup or high-growth environment
  • Exposure to AI GTM software and automation frameworks (Clay, n8n, Zapier, Make)
  • Ability to evaluate new tools, pilot workflows, and roll out best practices to the team
  • Background supporting BDRs or sales teams with outbound strategy and technology
Performance Metrics

You will be evaluated on pipeline generated and influenced through automated campaigns, efficiency and adoption of GTM workflows, accuracy and impact of lead scoring/routing, and the degree to which outbound systems scale with revenue growth. Long-term, this role will help establish a repeatable, AI-powered GTM engine that drives predictable growth for QuotaPath.

Why QuotaPath
  • Competitive base salary of $90,000 and OTE of $110,000 + equity
  • Benefits include 401(k) contribution, 90% coverage of insurance premiums (50% for dependents), and flexible PTO
  • Opportunity to make a visible, valued contribution to a company scaling in 2026
  • Work with a motivated, curious, and collaborative team in a fun, fast-paced startup environment

If you’re driven by systems thinking and excited to shape the future of automated go-to-market motions at a dynamic SaaS startup, we’d love to hear from you.
