This role is responsible for supporting and providing feedback in support of optimizing the full sales process—from pipeline creation to closed revenue—while driving forecasting rigor, accountability, and operational excellence across the sales organization.

You will act as an important part of the predictable revenue growth engine, ensuring our go-to-market strategy is executed with discipline, transparency, and measurable impact. This is a highly visible role requiring system thinking, operational rigor, soft skills and ability to stand your ground.

  • Providing rigor and challenge around weekly and monthly forecast and funnel review calls (using Clari) with sales managers and senior leadership (AMER).
  • Monitor deal progression and enforce disciplined pipeline management; identifying bottlenecks in the funnel and implement corrective action
  • Hold managers accountable for deal progression, stage integrity, data completeness and qualification quality
  • Provide clear leadership-level reporting on forecast accuracy, pipeline health, risks, and upside
  • Drive adoption of tools and processes that improve revenue predictability
  • Being the first point of Rev Ops contact for the AMER commercial team, and supporting new and established reps to ensure a consistent approach to sales processes and policies

What you bring to the table

  • 3+ years in GTM, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Management roles, preferably with a background in SaaS or recurring revenue business models
  • Strong forecasting discipline with experience of structured forecast calls and holding sales reps and managers to account
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC, or other structured sales methodologies
  • Comfortable with sales technology, revenue intelligence tools and CRM, most notably Salesforce and Clari
  • Strong commercial acumen and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to draw insights and follow up on findings

Who you are

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally, with experience of working closely with a sales organization
  • You’re a self-starter, autonomous, and can exercise credible judgement
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to develop and repurpose sales and marketing copy and articulate key business drivers to multiple personas
