About the Role

SolarWinds is hiring a GTM Strategy Manager to join the Office of the CRO. This role is designed for an early-career strategy professional who wants broad exposure to how a global SaaS revenue organization operates and grows.

You'll work across strategic planning, business operations, executive communications, and high-impact cross-functional initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to build skills in areas that often take years to develop, with meaningful visibility to senior leadership and a clear path for growth.

If you're 2–3 years post-MBA and want to deepen your experience in GTM strategy, business operations, and commercial leadership inside a public SaaS company, this is a strong next step.

What You'll DoStrategy and Planning
  • Support revenue and budget planning through analysis, modeling, and executive-ready materials
  • Maintain headcount and workforce planning trackers and help prepare trade-off analyses for leadership review
  • Contribute to organizational planning and operating decisions with data, insights, and cross-functional coordination
Program Execution
  • Support strategic initiatives that improve GTM performance and organizational effectiveness
  • Help drive planning cycles, business reviews, and team programs through coordination, tracking, and follow-through
  • Assist with program materials, reporting, and process improvements across key business priorities
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of tools, templates, and operating frameworks that support execution at scale
Communications and Collaboration
  • Draft clear, polished communications for leadership and internal GTM audiences
  • Partner across teams including Finance, HR, Product, Marketing, and Operations to keep initiatives moving forward
  • Synthesize insights from the field and internal stakeholders to support decision-making and GTM priorities
AI-Enabled Operations
  • Use AI tools such as Glean, Claude Cowork, and other internal platforms to improve speed, quality, and efficiency across daily work
  • Identify opportunities to automate repeatable work and improve team output
  • Help shape practical AI workflows that support how the GTM organization operates
What We're Looking ForRequired
  • MBA from an accredited program
  • 2–3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, GTM strategy, revenue operations, business operations, or a related role in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience building models, scenarios, and executive-facing analysis in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to tailor messaging for senior stakeholders
  • Comfort working across both strategy and execution in a fast-moving environment
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools in day-to-day work
  • Ability to build relationships and drive outcomes across teams without direct authority
  • High ownership, sound judgment, and a willingness to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
Preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Teams/365, Asana, or Slack
  • Familiarity with SaaS commercial models, including ARR, bookings, and renewals or expansion
  • Exposure to strategy, business operations, or executive support environments
  • Interest in revenue enablement, partner programs, or solutions engineering
Why Join SolarWinds
  • Broad exposure across strategy, planning, communications, and cross-functional execution
  • Regular interaction with senior leadership and visibility into key business priorities
  • A strong development opportunity for someone building toward senior strategy or commercial leadership roles
  • A chance to work in an AI-forward environment where new ways of working are actively being built and adopted
